The health and safety of our customers, our employees and our community is of the utmost importance to the team at Ocean Westerly.
We’ve been monitoring the news of the past week on the global, national and state level, regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus.
Ocean Westerly is an extremely clean and safe environment, and we’ve recently taken steps to make it even more so. We’ve listened to, and taken action on the most recent CDC guidelines and recommendations. We’ve added more frequency to our regular cleaning schedule and made each of those cleanings more thorough. The CDC says this is one of the best measures of prevention a business can take.
We are keeping our employees informed as to the latest news and information from the CDC to keep them safe. We ask that you refrain from greeting them with the usual handshakes, hugs, kisses and high fives that we’re used to.
When you bring your car in for service, every dealership employee who touches it will be wearing gloves and will thoroughly wipe down any surfaces they touch.
If you need service for your vehicle, but would rather not come to our dealership, we will be offering pickup and delivery for service and will be waiving any charges for that.
If you are shopping for a new or pre-owned car, as always you have the option of coming in to our dealership. But for those who would rather shop from home, our comprehensive website shows numerous images of each vehicle, along with the latest pricing and payment information. If you choose to use our site to find your next car, you can do it all online and we will be happy to deliver it right to your door. Again, we will be waiving any delivery charges.
We will be modifying our hours to close at 5pm daily.
We will all get through this difficult time, and we will do everything possible to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and community.
